第 44 卷 第 12 期 齿轮搅油功率损失与减速器传动效率分析齿轮搅油功率损失与减速器传动效率分析郑光泽1,2杨 航1郝 涛3黄修鹏2(1 重庆理工大学 车辆工程学院, 重庆 400054)(2 重庆德音科技有限公司, 重庆 400050)(3 重庆长安汽车股份有限公司动力研究院, 重庆 401120)摘要 针对某型号纯电动汽车的减速器,基于ParticleWorks软件对齿轮搅油功率损失进行了分析,探究了齿轮搅油功率损失的特性。运用正交实验法就影响齿轮搅油功率损失的因素进行了极差分析,得到齿轮搅油功率损失主要影响因素依次为转速、齿轮油运动黏度、浸油深度、齿数、齿宽、齿轮螺旋角以及压力角,并研究了各个因素的具体影响灵敏度。通过ParticleWorks以及Romax软件构建了减速器传动效率分析模型并进行了减速器传动效率实验,通过实验与传动效率仿真的对比分析,验证了仿真模型的可行性与准确性,为研究纯电动汽车减速器的传动效率提供了一种新的手段。关键词 减速器 齿轮搅油功率损失 传动效率 移动粒子半隐式法Analysis of Gear Oil Churning Power Loss and Transmission Efficiency of ReducerZheng Guangze 1,2 Yang Hang 1 Hao Tao3Huang Xiupeng 2(1 Automobile Engineering College,Chongqing University of Technology,Chongqing 400054,China)(2 Chongqing Deyin Technology Co.,Ltd.,Chongqing 400050,China)(3 Chongqing Chang-an Automobile Co.,Ltd. The main factors affecting thegear churning power loss are speed,gear oil kinematic viscosity,oil depth,number of teeth,tooth width,gear he⁃lix angle and pressure angle,and the specific influence sensitivity of each factor is studied. Through Particle⁃Works and Romax software,a transmission efficiency analysis model of the reducer is constructed and a trans⁃mission efficiency experiment is conducted.
